About Us

Little Moore Rehabilitation is based in Farnham, Aldershot and the surrounding areas of south west Surrey and north east Hampshire. This includes localities such as Rowledge, Churt, Ash and Fleet. We offer a personal home visiting physiotherapy service based on our extensive clinical experience. We treat a range of conditions specialising in the care of older people.

Linda Little BSc (Hons) MCSP SRP

Linda graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and has worked for the NHS for over 25 years. She has travelled and worked clinically on inpatient wards in New Zealand and as a senior physiotherapist at Amersham, Chesham and High Wycombe hospitals. This experience developed her interest in working with older people, falls and amputee rehabilitation.

 

From 2003 to 2024, Linda worked at Farnham hospital as a Team Lead Physiotherapist specialising in older people’s rehabilitation. She now practises privately with Little Moore Rehabilitation.

Sally Moore MCSP SRP

Sally qualified as a physiotherapist from Guys Hospital and has worked for the NHS for over 35 years. She worked at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and as a senior physiotherapist at The Royal Brompton specialising in respiratory care. Sally moved to Charing Cross Hospital and specialised in vascular surgery and amputee rehabilitation before moving to her final London based position at UCLH as a clinical specialist in intensive care.

From 2005-2021, Sally worked at Farnham Hospital job sharing with Linda as a Team Lead Physiotherapist for older people. She now practises privately with Little Moore Rehabilitation.
